Filister Enterprises began 60 years ago when Morrie Filister started a small commercial refrigeration business. Soon afterward, Morrie purchased his first apartment rental property and realized that not only did he have a talent for helping his residents, he truly enjoyed it as well. Morrie’s apartment community grew over the years and in the 1970s his son Harvey joined the Filister team. It was clear from the start that Harvey shared his father’s enthusiasm for serving their residents and maintaining the best apartment homes in town.

This commitment to service has been Morrie and Harvey Filister’s guiding philosophy since their first day in business. Meet The Filister Team

Times have changed since Morrie managed his first building all by himself, but his dedication to providing the best possible experience for his residents is still the backbone of Filister Enterprises. Today we have over 35 full-time employees to help make our resident’s lives better, with an additional 50 part-time employees. Many of our employees have been with us for more than ten years and all that experience benefits every resident. As a Filister resident, you will receive courteous, timely, and professional service every time. “Our people are a cut above the rest ”, Harvey says with pride.

Our customer service people are the best anywhere. All their years of experience help make becoming a Filister resident easy. They’ve got the right answers to all your questions and they look forward to helping you any way they can.

 

 

Property Management Team

Each one of our apartment communities has its own full-time property manager who is available and ready to assist you in every way. Our property managers aren’t strangers that you never see. You’ll meet your communities’ manager on the day you move in, if not sooner, so you’ll always know that you’ve got a helpful friend nearby.

 



 

Maintenence Team

Since we own all of our buildings we like them to be as clean and well maintained as possible - just like you do. Our full-time maintenance team gets the job done, inside and out. There’s almost nothing these seasoned pros can’t handle and most repairs are completed the same day you request them. With this team standing by you’ll never have to wait for a repair again.
