Meet The Residents
One thing that all of our residents have in common
is that they like to live in a clean, comfortable, and well maintained
apartment with respectful neighbors. "You won’t find any party-animals
here" owner/ operator Harvey Filister tells us. "What I can’t
afford is the wrong resident." And no matter who you are or what
your life is like, we can help make things easier by being there
when you need us.

Alex Johnson, a 27 year old entrepreneur,
chose our Maplewood community for its easy access to the Twin
Cities, but soon discovered that the Filister team had much more
to offer when his shower had problems at 11:30 one night. “I
called Lynn, my property manager, and just a few minutes later the
repairs were being made. The people here are so helpful. It’s
great!”

Beffma
Beffma Gueblaoui, a 30 year old corrections officer,
has been a resident at our Maplewood community for the past 2
years. Being a single mother of one daughter keeps her busy so she
appreciates that repairs are done quickly and professionally.
“They’re very good about fixing things here right away. The
grounds are kept up quite well, too. Overall, they do a really
good job.”

Sid Richardson, a 50 year old vending truck driver,
moved back into a Filister apartment home after living somewhere
else because he wanted the exceptional resident service he’d
gotten used to. “The service here is really good. Management is
always easy to deal with and they usually get things fixed the
same day. It’s a great place to live.”
